How Do I Upload the Documents for KYC?

Uploading documents for KYC is a simple and straightforward process at CAPEX.com. 

You can upload the documents directly to the platform, via the Verification Center, or you can send them directly to the Customer Support team via email. 

 

To upload the documents to the Verification Center you need to follow these steps: 

1. Log into your CAPEX.com account via the WebTrader 

2. Click on the dropdown menu on the top right corner of the screen (the 3 horizontal lines) 

3. Click on Verification Center 

4. Upload your Proof of Identification document 

5. Upload your Proof of Residence document 

6. Click the ‘Done’ button 

 

Your Proof of Identity needs to be a full copy of one of the following: 

  • Passport 
  • National ID 

 

The document must clearly show the following details: 

  • Your photo 
  • Your full name 
  • Your date of birth 
  • The expiration date of the document 
  • Full security strip (if applicable) 

 

Your Proof of Residence needs to be a full copy of one of the following: 

  • Utility Bills: phone (preferably), water, electricity, gas 
  • Bank or credit card statement 

 

The uploaded document must clearly show these details: 

  • Your full name 
  • Your address of residence (please note: this address should match the one you entered during registration) 
  • Date of Issue of the document 

 

❌What Happens if My KYC Documents Are Rejected? 

If any of the documents are rejected, you will receive an email asking you to upload new ones. 

Also, if our team requires additional documents to finalize the KYC process, someone from our support team will contact you. They will explain before asking for the new document.
