How do I know if my account is verified?

So, let’s say you have completed your verification for Proof of Identity and Proof of Residence, how do you know when your account is verified?

 

1. Log in to the CAPEX Mobile app or WebTrader.

2. Click ‘Verification Centre’ at the top right for WebTrader.

3. Here, you can see the status of your verification for both POI and POR.

 

In addition to checking the status in the account center, you will receive an email when both POI and POR are both successfully verified. Please note that it may take up to 48 business hours to review your verification.
