How do I change my password?

🔐 If I Forgot My Password

  1. Enter the log in area of the CAPEX.com WebTrader
  2. Select ‘Forgot Password?’.
  3. Enter the email address associated with your CAPEX.com account and submit.
  4. You will receive an email to reset your password.

If the above does not work after some time, please contact us.

 

🔐 If I Know My Password

To change your password, simply follow the instructions below:

  1. Login to the CAPEX.com WebTrader.
  2. Select the toggle in the top right corner.
  3. Click ‘Settings’ from the dropdown menu.
  4. Select ‘Change Password’ on the left. You will have to enter your old password in addition to the new password.
  5. Be sure to save your changes when done.

 

❗ Please note that a CAPEX.com representative will never ask for your account password. This information should be kept confidential for your account security.
