How Do I Deposit Funds?

How to deposit: step-by-step

1. Log in to the CAPEX Mobile app or WebTrader.

2. Select the top right toggle. Click ‘Add Funds’.

3. Here, you can see the available deposit options to choose from. Select one and follow the steps to finish depositing.

 

Verifying Your Payment Method

All funds deposited into your account must be from a Payment Method registered under your own name. We are obliged to verify that you are the legitimate owner of the funds deposited in your trading account.

 

The regulatory requirements to deposit with each payment method are:

  • Bank Card – Confirm that the card belongs to you- upload a photo/scan of your bank card/recent bank card statement or a document from the bank.
  • Wire transfer – upload a photo/scan of a proof of payment.
  • Neteller/Skrill account – upload a screenshot to confirm your account ownership
  • For all other deposit methods: Proof of transfer, (screenshots indicating that the account used to deposit into the capex.com/en trading account online is acceptable).

 

Are Third Party Deposits Accepted?

Third party deposits are not accepted. The 3rd party deposit can be credited only if our client and the 3rd party create a Joint Account. All deposits made on our website must originate from your own sources and must be registered in your name.

 

What About Joint Bank Accounts Deposits?

Joint bank account deposits are accepted and credited only if a 3rd party Proof of Identity and a proof of the joint bank account are provided. If not, it will be returned to the source.

To be able to create a Joint Account:

  • the client and the 3rd party should be 1st-degree relatives or spouses;
  • both of them need to open a live account and become compliant;
  • one of the accounts will be considered the Joint Account and the deposit should be credited into this account.

If they are not eligible or refuse to create a Joint Account, the deposit will be immediately returned to the sender. In case the bank cannot provide the sender's bank details, we will request proof of deposit.

 

Why Is My Deposit Not Reflected in My Account?

Let's assume you have successfully deposited funds using a Bank Card or any other payment method, except wire transfer, but you still need to complete the “Verification Process”. In that case, the amount will be reflected in your trading account under the orange "Pending Deposits" tab.

 

If you deposited through wire transfer, please keep in mind that it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to reach our bank account and the amount will be reflected on your trading account only after the “Verification Process” is completed.
